What's new
Changes to Superpractice you can see and use, newest first.
October 20, 2026
Social
- Social in Grow. Grow > Social plans, writes, approves, schedules, and measures the firm's posts for Facebook, Instagram, and attorneys' own LinkedIn. Your Superpractice team turns it on for your firm. See Social.
- One sign-in for Facebook and Instagram. Keep every Page selected on Facebook's screen, then pick the firm's Page and Instagram in Superpractice. Each attorney connects their own LinkedIn. See Connect accounts.
- A draft for every channel. Start from an article, a Media item, or an AI Avatar video, and get a caption for each channel in the firm's voice, with media shapes, an Instagram first comment, true-to-platform previews, and bar-rule notes. See Write a post.
- Approvals when you want them. Off by default. Owners and admins can switch on Owners or admins approve team members' posts, so team members' posts wait for an OK while owners, admins and your Superpractice team post directly. A post to an attorney's LinkedIn always needs that attorney's own OK. See Approvals.
- Board, Calendar, and Posts. Drag posts between lanes and days, with Undo. Content tags keep the mix balanced and can add the past-results line to every post with the tag. See Plan your posts.
- Plan the Instagram grid. See every scheduled post on your real grid, swap times by dragging, and keep pins in step with Instagram. See Plan the Instagram grid.
- Leads from social. Analytics counts the leads unpaid posts bring in, the same way the dashboard does, next to reach and engagement. See Analytics.
- Team sharing. Teammates are asked, once per post, to like, repost, or comment from their own LinkedIn. Superpractice never does it for them. See Team sharing.
- Edit or take down a post after it goes out, on Facebook and LinkedIn. Instagram doesn't allow caption edits. See After a post goes out.
Zoom
- Connect Zoom in a minute. Zoom now connects through a sign-in partner, so any host can connect their Zoom account today. Zoom's screen asks for a few permissions, already ticked. Leave the optional ones unticked. See Connect Zoom.
- Meeting notes from Zoom recordings. With the Meeting Agent on, Zoom booking meetings are cloud-recorded and their notes, transcript, and report arrive 10 to 30 minutes after the call. See Meeting notes from Zoom recordings.
October 19, 2026
Resend
- Every new contact syncs. With auto-sync on, new contacts from website forms, calls, Google lead forms, landing pages, and texts now reach Resend too, not only those from Meta lead forms, bookings, and contacts you add yourself. Contacts that were missed have been added. See Auto-sync contacts.
- Segments fill reliably. A contact already in Resend is still added to the segments its list routing rules match. If Resend is briefly unavailable, Superpractice retries on its own. See List routing rules.
October 18, 2026
Media
- Media in Grow. Grow > Media holds the ad creatives, films, videos, audio, landing pages, brand files, photos, and documents Superpractice makes for your firm, to look at and download. See Media.
- Review in the app. Approve an item or request changes from its window, or tick several and decide on them together with one comment. A new version goes back to To review and everyone at the firm gets a notice. See Review.
- Review tabs and a badge. To review, Changes requested, and Approved tabs, with the number waiting for you on Media in the sidebar. See Tabs.
- Filters, search, and saved views. Filter by type, size, file type, date added, or who reviewed it, search titles and file names, and save the view for later. See Filters and search.
- Comments with mentions. Comment on any item, pin a comment to a moment in a film, and type @ to mention a teammate, who gets a notice in their bell. Edit or delete your own comments. See Comments.
- Pin to the top. Pin up to 12 items your firm uses most so they lead every tab. See Pin to the top.
- Delete from your library. Remove one item or several. Superpractice keeps a copy with its approvals as a record. See Delete from your library.
- Add your own files. Anyone at your firm can add pictures, video, audio, and PDFs up to 500 MB each with Add files. They're in Your uploads, need no review, and can be used anywhere the app picks from Media. See Add your own files.
SEO: Local
- See where you rank across your area. Grow > SEO > Local checks Google's map results at a grid of points around the office every week and shows the firm's rank at each one, in a map that matches the app. See SEO Local.
- Who ranks at any spot. Click a tile to see everyone Google shows there, up to 20, with ratings, reviews, categories and a link to each listing.
- How to rank higher. A report after every scan explains the main reason the firm isn't in the top 3, with the biggest levers first and advice for each spot.
- Head-to-head with any competitor. Click a competitor to compare them with the firm line by line: rankings on every search, reviews, profile and distance.
- Reviews read themselves. Adding a listing reads its Google reviews straight away. Replies are drafted for each review, new reviews are charted by month, and the list filters and loads as you scroll.
- Google posts from your articles, in short, readable paragraphs, with a preview of how they show on Google.
October 15, 2026
Procedures
- Legal hours in every state. Procedure texts and calls go out only inside the hours the law allows where the contact is, on their own clock. That means 8 AM to 9 PM at most, tighter in many states, and nothing on Sundays or holidays where a state forbids it. Texas, for example, allows 9 AM to 9 PM Monday to Saturday and noon to 9 PM on Sunday. See When procedures text and call.
- Both the address and the phone number count. When a contact's address and area code are in different states, both states' hours apply. In a state with two time zones, both zones apply unless the area code says which.
- Procedure calls no longer use the calling window in Settings. They keep the legal hours only, the same as procedure texts.
Calls and voice agents
- The assistant tells you when a call can't go yet. Ask the assistant to call a contact outside the hours the law allows where they are, and it says so before asking for your approval. It gives the next allowed time in your time zone, and offers what it can do instead, such as calling then or sending a text. See Have an agent call a contact.
- Your calling window covers Call now and Delegate to AI. Settings > Calling & Messaging > Outbound Call Window and No outbound calls on weekends apply to calls you ask a voice agent to make, on the contact's own clock. Every call also keeps the legal hours where the contact is. See When it calls.
Contacts
- Texts are off for the number. When texts are off for a contact, no text from any of your firm's numbers reaches that phone number, from any contact record with it, booking confirmations and reminders included. See When a contact opts out.
October 14, 2026
Calls and voice agents
- No silence while a transfer is set up. When a caller asks to be put through, the agent asks for what it still needs, one question at a time: their name, a callback number if the line does not show theirs, then whether a brief hold is okay. It no longer goes quiet after the caller confirms their details. See When the agent transfers a call.
- A hold only with the caller's OK. For a transfer or a booking, the caller goes on hold only after agreeing to a brief hold, in any words, or after the agent tells them it is putting them on one. A yes to a different question, such as whether their number is right, never counts.
- Asking for an attorney. A caller who asks for an attorney, by name or not, is first asked whether they already work with the firm. A current client is put through to the attorney they named, as before. A new caller follows your plan for new clients, usually booking a consultation, and is put through only when that plan is Transfer to a person. Asking for "a real person", or for a paralegal by name, works as before. See When a caller asks for an attorney.
- Only a clear yes puts a caller through. The person the agent reaches on a transfer is understood by what they mean, in any words. "Who is it?", "I'm in a deposition until four", or a bare "mm-hm" does not connect the caller; the agent answers or asks again.
- Missed-meeting alerts go by what the caller meant. The firm is told when a caller says, in any words or language, that nobody from the firm turned up for their meeting. A caller who missed it themselves, wants to move it for their own reasons, or is unhappy about something else does not send one. See When a caller says the firm missed their meeting.
Phone numbers
- Forward calls to another phone. A number no AI agent answers can send its calls to a cell phone or the front desk line. On the Phone numbers page, click Settings then Incoming calls to choose for every number: Ring in Superpractice, Forward all calls, or Ring here first, then forward. Each number's own settings can choose differently. Pick how long the other phone rings before callers reach the firm's Superpractice voicemail. Forwarded calls show in Call history and on the contact's record, and each one uses phone minutes twice. Owners and admins only. See Forward calls to another phone.
Booking
- Round robin hosts get a priority. In a round robin event type, Equal split is now Share by priority: each host is High, Medium or Low, and over time a High host gets about 3 meetings for every 2 a Medium host gets and 1 a Low host gets. Every host starts at Medium, so nothing changes until you pick one. Hosts are now rows in the Hosts list, with the priority menu on each row. See Team scheduling.
Assistant
- Approve in your own words. "Go ahead", "send it", or "looks good" approves the card that is waiting, the same as "yes". Your reply is read in the context of the card, so a question about it, or a reply that could mean two things, approves nothing and the card keeps waiting. By voice, a bare "okay" while the assistant is talking gets asked again. See Approvals.
- Work on task stays in the task. The assistant works the task's own steps in order, ticks each one it finishes, and puts what it found or wrote in a note on the task. It never creates other tasks while working one, and never marks the task done. The steps stay pinned at the top of the chat, folded until you open them, and you can tick them there too. See Get help with a task.
- Tasks come with their contact and matter. A task the assistant or a connected AI tool creates is attached to the contact and matter it is about, whatever the task type. If two contacts fit the name, it asks which one you mean.
- Is it installed? Ask whether a page has a chat widget, a form, or a tracking tag, and give the page's address. The assistant reads the page's source as well as its text. See Web browsing.
Tasks
- Tick off steps. Every step under Task steps has a checkbox anyone at the firm can tick, with a count and a progress bar. When every step is ticked the task says All steps done, and it stays open until someone clicks Mark done. A task that is one single action may have no steps; click Generate steps if you want some. A repeating task's new tasks start with the series' steps, unticked. See Task steps.
- Progress in the list. An in-progress task with steps ticked shows a ring in Status that fills as the steps are done.
- Search tasks. The search field at the right of the Tasks toolbar finds tasks by title, details, or the contact's name. See Work the task list.
- Tasks from meetings are to-dos unless the whole promise is one message or call. "I'll send you the engagement letter" is a to-do, because the letter has to be prepared first. See Tasks from meetings.
SEO
- Updates keep what earns traffic. When you Optimize a page, the sections that bring in searches, your firm's own sections such as your offer and contact details, its headings, and its tables, forms, and embeds are kept. Publishing stops, and says why, if it would remove any of them. See What an update keeps.
- Updated pages get new images, made the way a new article's are, in place of the images in the page's body. If none can be made, the page keeps its own.
- Updates finish like new articles. Flagged claims are fixed, the editor shows the update's Fact Check panel, and the page gets a meta description.
- Recovery counts from publishing. An update that is written but not yet published shows Update written, not published yet. Its recovery is tracked from the day it goes live.
- Page groups. Should own it goes to the page that ranks best for the group's main shared search, and the group is named after that search. Two articles that answer different questions are no longer suggested to fold into one. See Page groups.
Google Ads
- Late calls get their campaign. With CallRail and Google Ads both connected, calls from your ads that reach Superpractice days later, such as the call history brought in when you first connect CallRail, are now matched to their Google Ads campaign too.
Also
- Updated Terms of Service. New Terms take effect October 14, 2026. A short popup asks each person to accept them once: open What changed for a numbered summary, tick the box, and click I agree. Only you can accept; the Superpractice team never accepts for you.
October 12, 2026
Skills
- Related skills. A skill can name the other skills it goes with. In the steps, type / and choose Skill to link one at the point where it should be used; it joins Related skills below Files. Drag the number to reorder, click it to mark a skill Optional, or Add a skill without linking it in the text. Your assistants and connected AI tools get the list and read each skill when the work reaches it. See Related skills.
- Skills in tasks. In a task's details, type / and choose Skill to link up to 10 skills. Whoever works the task follows them: the assistant, the executive assistant, a voice agent on a delegated call, and your connected AI tools. Click a chip to open the skill over the task. See Skills in tasks.
- The / menu in the skill and task editors starts with Skill, then the formatting. Choosing it opens a searchable list of your firm's published skills.
- Documents are read whole. A skill drafted from a PDF or Word file keeps everything: scanned pages are read too, Word headings, lists, and tables are kept, and a PDF can run to 600 pages. The document's text is kept with the skill under Files and the skill ends with a line pointing to it. Exact text stays exact, and the title keeps the document's capitalisation. See What a drafted document keeps.
- When to use it is its own panel under the skill's name. Your assistants read its first 300 characters to decide when a skill applies; the text past that fades as you type, with a note saying so. Connected apps read all of it. The "Drafted from" line above the title is gone.
- Longer skills. A skill's text can run to 60,000 characters. Past about 5,000 tokens it still publishes, with a warning to move detail into a file. See Publish.
October 11, 2026
Skills
- Find a skill. The Skills page has the same Filters as Matters and Contacts: Where it's used, Created by, and Last edited by, with chips for the filters you set, quick filters, Clear all, and a search on the right. The count reads, for example, 4 of 12 while the list is narrowed. See The Skills page.
- Exact token counts. The Markdown view's footer shows the skill's words and tokens, and the long-skill warning gives the exact number.
- A firm-wide API key gets only skills shared with Everyone on the team. The Share popover says API keys can't use it on a skill shared with selected people. See Choose who can see it.
Booking
- Back to all event types. A round ← button beside the event type's name always returns to all event types, and it asks first if you have unsaved changes. The first section has no ← Back at the bottom. See What an event type controls.
October 10, 2026
Skills
- Skills. Write down how your firm does something once, such as an intake call, and your assistant, voice agents, procedures, and connected AI tools follow it. Start from New skill by describing it, uploading a PDF or Word document, or writing it yourself. Owners and admins publish skills and choose where each is used. See Skills.
- In the assistant, click + then Skills to attach up to 3 skills to a message. The assistant also uses a matching skill on its own. See Use a skill.
- Voice agents have a Skills list under What it knows. See Create a voice agent.
- Download a skill as one .md file, or as a .zip with its files, to use in other AI tools.
- Reply all. It shows when others are on the email, and ✦ Draft a reply then writes to everyone. Cc stays as Cc, and replies stay in the same conversation in Gmail and Outlook. See Reply and Reply all.
- Every reply opens in the composer window, from a contact or the Inbox. Discard draft replaces Discard and Cancel.
- Suggestions as you type in To, Cc, and Bcc: teammates first, then contacts.
- Drafts are saved as you write. Pick one up with Continue, or throw it away with Discard draft. See Drafts.
- Why this draft. Above an AI-written email, one line says what it was based on. Click Why for the reason and the sources. See Why an AI draft says what it says.
- An email opens in its own window from a contact's history, a task's activity, Agent activity, the bell, search, and assistant links. Search has a new Emails group. See Open one email in its own window.
- Emails show in the app's own colors, in light and dark, so every message is easy to read.
- Show full message opens a long email, and Show less folds it again.
- Settings > Integrations > Email now says exactly who sees your emails: your team sees your emails with contacts, and emails older than 60 days are read from your inbox when opened. When a teammate's inbox can't be reached, an older email says The full text is in [name]'s inbox. See Who on your team sees your emails.
Tasks
- Notes. A running conversation on each task, above Files. Type @ to mention a teammate, who gets a bell notification. Hide a note from AI with the eye. See Notes.
- Edit series… opens a repeating task's series in the same window, with Back to the task. See The series.
- Files on a series are added to each new task in it.
- Due dates for tasks from meetings. A date someone promised wins. Otherwise the task is due 1 to 3 business days after the meeting, by the size of the work. See Tasks from meetings.
Booking
- Require SMS consent to book, under each event type's Notifications. It is on by default. Turn it off to make the text-message box optional; clients who leave it unticked get every message by email. See Require SMS consent to book.
- Email always reaches the client. A client who can't be texted gets each message by email instead, even one set to Text only.
- Reschedule messages follow the Booking confirmation row: by email, by text, or not at all.
- Booking Notification Templates now apply to every event type, with a new reschedule template. See Message wording.
- The event type's top bar stays in view as you scroll, with Accepting bookings, View page, and ⋯.
Procedures
- Booking by text. When a procedure offers a meeting, it asks the contact by text what day and time work, offers the two nearest open times, and books the one they confirm. The booking link is sent only when the contact asks for it, or when the event type's questions need the booking page. Emails keep the link and invite a reply with a day and time.
Also
- Files and recordings open only for signed-in members of your firm. That includes call and meeting recordings, task files, pictures on texts, and files in the assistant. A copied link asks anyone else to sign in. See Encryption and access.
- Settings > Compliance has a new look, with how many steps are complete beside the title. Anyone can click Check status.
- Resources uses the same card layout as Knowledge, with each resource's kind, length, and where it is used.
Calls and voice agents
- Quick close. Closing the office on short notice now lives in Add closed day, on the Quick close tab: close from right now for today, 2 days, 3 days, or a week, under a name agents give callers. Pick dates is the other tab, for days you plan ahead. The separate Out of office button is gone. See Quick close.
- Office closed until. Whenever the office is closed right now, by a quick close or one of your closed days, Closed days and All agents show when it reopens, with Extend and Reopen now. See While the office is closed.
October 9, 2026
Assistant
- Reply to an earlier message. Click Reply under one of the assistant's messages. See Reply to an earlier message.
- Every email and text waits on its draft card in the app. Click Send email or Send text, or type yes. Typing "no" or "cancel that" cancels the card. See Approvals.
- The email draft card takes contacts and teammates in To and CC, and offers Send later. Steer, beside Regenerate, rewrites a draft with your note. See The email draft card.
- A sent text's card says Delivered to … once the carrier confirms, or why it was not delivered.
- By voice, the assistant puts an email's draft in the chat and offers to read it to you before it sends.
- The assistant asks which contact you mean when another contact has a similar name.
- Web browsing and search can be turned off for the firm under Settings > AI Personalization. It is on by default. See Web browsing.
- Close the office from the assistant. It can say whether the office is closed, close it, and reopen it. Closing waits for an owner's or admin's OK. See Ask the assistant.
- Names of tasks, meetings, and calls in the assistant's tables open their windows.
- Files you add to a chat are kept with it, so a task made from the message gets the file itself.
Tasks
- Files on tasks. Add PDFs, pictures, Word, Excel, CSV, and text files, up to 25 MB each, from New task or by dropping them on the task window. See Files.
- Edit the steps. Reword, add, remove, and reorder a task's Steps, and set Done when. See Steps.
- Assigned to me is the first tab on the Tasks page, and where it opens.
- Click a task's Owner in the list to change it in place.
Microsoft Ads
- Connect Microsoft Ads under Settings > Integrations, with your Microsoft login or with Google. Its spend shows next to the contacts, matters, and clients it brings in, on a new Microsoft Ads dashboard and in Mission Control. See Microsoft Ads and Microsoft Ads dashboard.
Contacts and reporting
- Close dates and client-since dates count on their calendar day. A matter closed, or a client signed, on the 1st is in that month on every report. See the metrics glossary.
- Contact research fills only empty fields, and never overwrites what your team typed. A low-confidence match changes nothing.
- A contact who asked in their own words, or in Spanish, to stop texts shows asked not to be contacted instead of "replied STOP". INICIAR and COMENZAR turn texts back on, as START does. See When a contact opts out.
- Unsubscribing from a marketing email no longer stops one-to-one email.
- The Google Ads and Microsoft Ads dashboards' top cards show their comparison on one line.
Booking
- Time off is personal. Add time off under Booking > Availability blocks only your own bookings. On a round robin event type, you are skipped. See Closed days.
Procedures
- Changing a procedure's mode asks you to confirm. Moving from shadow to approval or autopilot ends the contacts running in shadow, so only contacts who start from then on get messages.
- Approval and autopilot wait until sending is set up. Review lists what to fix under Before it goes live, such as a teammate who can't send texts yet.
Also
- A new sign-in page, with Continue with Google and Continue with Microsoft. Sign-in pages open in dark unless you chose light.
- Announcements from the Superpractice team show as a small note at the bottom of the page. Dismiss it with ×.
Calls and voice agents
- Closed days. A new page under Agents for the days the office is closed: holidays every year (the 11 federal holidays in one click), your own closed days, and Out of office for 1 day to a week, starting now and reopening by itself. On a closed day agents put no calls through and tell callers when you reopen. Everything else they do works as usual. See Closed days.
October 8, 2026
Tasks
- Mention a teammate by typing @ in a task's details.
- Email me when I'm assigned or mentioned in a task, under Settings > Tasks, sends you an email as well as the bell. It is off by default. See Email me when I'm assigned or mentioned in a task.
- Everyone at the firm can see and edit every task. Sending and deleting stay with the person it is assigned to, admins, and the firm owner. See Who can do what.
- Repeating tasks. Set Repeat on a task to bring it back every day, weekday, week, month, or on a custom schedule. Each repeating task belongs to a series you can open, edit, and stop. See Repeating tasks.
- Several contacts and matters on one task. One of each is the Main one and decides who is contacted. The others make the task show on their records. See Tasks.
- New task filters. Repeat, Client, AI agents under Owner, and each assistant under Created by.
- Open Assistant on a task starts a chat with the task attached. See Get help with a task. The button reads Work on task until you have a chat about the task; each person has their own.
- An open task's Owner can be one of your firm's AI agents.
Assistant
- Add records to a message. Click + to attach a task, contact, meeting, or matter. See Add records to a message.
- SEO in the assistant. It can check and add tracked keywords, read rankings and AI visibility, and add competitors. It always asks before paid work. See SEO in the assistant.
- Answers reach you after you leave. A bell notification, and a browser notification you can turn on under Settings > Notifications, tell you once when an answer is ready.
- An unread count beside Assistant in the sidebar.
- Call a business for you. The assistant can phone a restaurant, shop, or office after you approve. See Call a business for you.
- Screenshots and a live view of the page appear in the chat while it browses the web.
- It offers to take the next step itself after finding options or writing a draft, and asks one clear question with a suggested answer when it needs to.
- A "Task created" line with the task's title confirms each task it saves.
- "Today" in its answers follows your own time zone.
- Spoken approvals are read for what you meant, so "yeah, go ahead" counts as yes and an unclear answer means it asks again.
Calls and voice agents
- How callers learn a call is recorded. Play a notice, or have the agent mention it naturally after the opening. If anyone asks not to be recorded, recording stops and only the summary is kept. Don't Record Calls With Clients keeps calls with clients off the record. See Recording and the AI notice.
- A call-back time a caller asks for becomes the task's due time, read on the caller's clock.
Contacts, matters, and reporting
- Matter names show the contact for you. Name a matter for the work. Lists that mix contacts add the contact's name. Matters from Clio, HubSpot, and other connected systems keep the names your firm gave them. See Matter names.
- Empty fields on contacts, matters, and tasks always show, with an Add placeholder.
- LTV ROAS values the clients the period's spend brought in: what each has paid so far, grown by how much more your firm's recent clients kept paying over 3 years. Repeat work from earlier clients counts in ROAS. See the metrics glossary.
- Practice-area tables on the Google, Meta, and OpenAI Ads dashboards show ROAS next to LTV ROAS. Google Ads campaigns show LTV ROAS next to ROAS.
- Google Ads: booked meetings sent back to Google can be filtered by event type and campaign. See Filter booked meetings.
- Procedures: Answer on the channel the contact replied on, under Reply handling, is on by default.
Connected AI tools
- The Superpractice connector's tools are grouped by area, with permanent deletes as the only destructive tool. Buying a phone number or putting a voice agent live waits for an owner or admin to approve it in Superpractice. See Connect your AI tools.
October 7, 2026
- Assistant page: talk instead of typing, start a new chat, and attach pictures, PDFs, and Word, Excel, CSV, or text files. See Attach files.
- Send while it answers. Queue messages, Steer the answer, or Stop it. See Send more while it is answering.
- Typing "yes" approves the one card waiting.
- The assistant can browse the web for you. See Web browsing.
- Charts and tables open larger, and voice answers can put a table or chart in the chat.
- Google Ads settings have a new page, with conversions sent back to Google. See Send conversions back to Google.
- A contact who texts the firm first counts as a lead, with Phone as the first touch.
- Meetings can be filtered by Event type and Playbook.
- The Home dashboard's Cost per contact uses the spend for the selected period.
October 6, 2026
- Clients. A contact becomes a Client when a matter is retained, a payment goes through, or their status is set to Converted. Set it by hand with the Client switch, and filter contacts and tasks by it. See Clients.
- Skip the AI notice on inbound or outbound calls, for firms that play their own recording notice. See Recording and the AI notice.
- Firm brief. Generate all under Settings > AI Personalization drafts it from your website. Every voice agent shares it.
- Publish changes shows on a live voice agent only when there are unpublished edits.
- Before the assistant sends a message, it asks once when the recipient is uncertain, showing the full number or address.
- The assistant can open pages and records for you with Open in links.
- The email composer always shows its formatting bar, and AI-written emails put links on natural words.
- SEO article titles are one title, used as the heading and in search results, 60 characters or fewer.
- Booking question answers appear in the calendar invite's notes, and the editor section reads Add questions. See Event types.
- A time picker with typed times replaces the browser's time field.
- Merging contacts moves the duplicate's payments too.
- Procedures: publish from any step, and Review replaces Overview.
- A task's notes keep an edit history beside the editor.
October 5, 2026
- Delegate to AI lets you steer a call: add instructions, connect the contact to you, or book them a meeting. See Delegate a call to AI.
- Pinned tasks replace starred tasks, and pins are saved to your account.
- Copy link in every record window.
- Task title and details can be edited in place, with a full-page editor for longer notes.
- Email tasks show which inbox the email is sent from.
- Create matter from a contact suggests a name and drafts a first note.
- Calendar: Skip events with no guests and no meeting link. Private events show only as Busy to others and are never recorded. See Import calendar meetings.
- Calendar meetings link to their contact, and meetings that won't be recorded show Not recorded.
- Meetings can be filtered by the contact's Source. The old Source filter is now Booked in.
- SEO: Optimize updates a page at the same address, existing pages are checked before a new article is written, and page groups show pages competing for the same search. See Page groups.
- SEO page links open the live page in a new tab.
- Deleting an assistant chat removes it and its files permanently.
- In-app voice reconnects after a drop and keeps going as you move around the app.
- Agent activity rows open the call, message, meeting, or task they are about.
October 4, 2026
- Agent activity for every firm with Agents: one list of what your AI agents did. See Agent activity.
- Call window. Calls open in a window with the recording, summary, message, and transcript, and Call history has Outcome and Practice area columns. See Call history.
- A dropped agent call tells the caller the office will call back and creates a Call back task.
- Each call creates at most one Call back task, with why to call and talking points.
- Voice agents can move a caller's missed meeting, identifying the caller only by the number they call from. The firm is told when a caller says nobody turned up. See Call notifications.
- New voice agents have a 20-minute call limit by default.
- Quick search on Contacts, Matters, Meetings, and Call history.
- Closing a window opened from another window returns you to the first one.
