Link in bio

One page for every social profile, with booking, a Call button, your Google reviews, and links, in your firm's colours. Each profile gets its own link, so you see which one brings in clients.

Grow > Social > Link in bio builds the page your profiles link to. Visitors read who you are, book a consultation without leaving Instagram, call you, and read what clients said about you. It's on for every firm.

The first time you open it, Superpractice builds a draft from what it already knows about your firm: your name, website, logo, practice areas, and event types. Most firms only need to check it and publish.

Your page's address

Your page lives at your firm's own address on superpractice.link, such as harborpike.superpractice.link. The row under the tabs shows the address, whether it's Live or Not live yet, and a button to copy it.

  • Change address: pick another one, using 3 to 40 lowercase letters, numbers, and single hyphens. The field tells you whether it's Available or taken, and suggests another. Your old address keeps working for 12 months.
  • Use your own domain (optional): type an address such as go.harborpike.com, then add the record shown where your domain is managed and click Check. Once the record is verified, your Superpractice team connects it. Until then your page stays at its superpractice.link address.

Owners and admins change the address and the domain.

Each profile gets its own link, such as harborpike.superpractice.link/ig for Instagram, so every visit is credited to the profile that sent it.

  • Each row says In your bio when the profile already shows its link, or Copy into your profile when it doesn't yet. Click the copy button and paste the link into that profile's website field.
  • Add a link for another profile adds another connected account, or a link-only row for TikTok, LinkedIn, or X.

Top of the page

Top of the page is what visitors read first.

  • Headline: up to 90 characters, such as "Talk to a lawyer today." Click Suggest headlines for three ideas written from your firm's own details, then Use this on the one you like.
  • Line under your name: up to 60 characters.

If a line reads like a promise of a result or a claim your state's rules don't allow, a short note under it says so.

What's on the page

On the page lists the page's blocks in order. Drag a row to move it, or use Move up and Move down in its ⋯ menu. Each block has a switch to show or hide it, and Add a block adds one.

Booking

Booking is always on the page, and you can move it anywhere you like.

  • Card label: the card's title, such as Free case review.
  • Books: the event type visitors book. Questions, length, notice, and hours come from the event type. See Booking event types.
  • Add routing choices: ask a question such as What can we help with? and send each answer to its own event type, up to 6 choices. Something else always books the event type in Books.

On the page, the card shows the people visitors may meet, with their profile photos, or their initials when there's no photo. It also shows the next five days with open times, and Choose your time opens booking.

Call button

A Call button, with a short line beside it, such as "Rather talk on the phone?"

  • Number it rings: one of your firm's spare numbers. Calls to it are credited to this page, so pick a number nothing else uses. If you have none, Set up a number opens your numbers page. Nothing is bought for you.
  • The number answers the way it's already set up. If your firm records calls, callers to this number hear that the call may be recorded.

Owners and admins choose the number.

Reviews

Show up to 6 of your Google reviews, word for word. Visitors swipe through them, in the order you set.

  1. Choose a review with Add a review. The list shows your reviews with 4 stars or more.
  2. Confirm that the reviewer is a real client, wasn't paid or rewarded, and isn't your staff or family. Then click Confirm and show it.
  3. Click Edit excerpt to choose The part to show. Tick the sentences you want. They stay in order, the words never change, and anything cut shows as … on the page.

Reviews can't be written or changed here. If a review changes on Google, it's hidden until you pick its excerpt again. If it's taken down, it's hidden until you remove it. In states that limit testimonials, reviews start hidden. Turn them on only if your responsible lawyer agrees.

Your Google reviews show here once your Google Business listing is connected in SEO Local.

A titled list of up to 8 links, such as your practice pages. You can add more than one list.

Attorney advertising notice

The notice is always on and always last. It holds the lines your state asks for, such as your firm's name, city and phone number, and "Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome."

  • Responsible lawyer: optional in most states. Where your state asks for one, you need to name them before the page can go live.
  • Your addition (optional): words of your own, shown after the required lines.

Look

Look sets the page's colours: Primary, Secondary, Tertiary, and Background.

  • To start with, the page uses your brand colours from Settings > General, and follows them when they change. Click Change in Settings to change them there.
  • Change any colour here and the page gets its own colours. Use brand colors goes back to your brand.
  • Text stays readable on any background. When the page adjusts a colour for that, a short line says so.

Your logo shows at its own shape and is never cropped to a circle. With no logo, the page shows your firm's initials.

Settings

  • Let search engines index this page: off to start with, so the page never competes with your own website in search.
  • Add tracking to links to other sites: when it's off, only links to your own site carry where the visit came from.

Every page links to a privacy notice. Until you add your own privacy policy, it links to one Superpractice hosts for your firm.

Publish

Changes save as you go and the header says Draft saved. Nothing goes live until you publish. The preview on the right shows your changes as you make them.

Click Publish changes, then confirm. Publishing means your responsible lawyer, or your firm, approved the page. Owners and admins publish. If something is missing, such as an event type for booking, the button tells you what to add first.

See what your page brings in

Your page's numbers are in Social > Analytics > Link in bio:

  • Leads, Calls from the page, Call taps, Clicks, and Click rate.
  • From a tap to a client: page views, then started booking, booked, showed, and retained.
  • From each profile: each profile's visits next to its bookings and clients.
  • What people tap: each block's clicks and the leads it brought in.

Only calls to the page's own number while the page is live count as Calls from the page. See Analytics.
