Main dashboard
Use the main dashboard for the daily brief, goals, priority work, meetings, and voice-agent activity.
What the dashboard is for
The main dashboard is the firm's daily starting point. It summarizes what has happened, what needs attention, and which detailed dashboard to open next.
It has two modes:
- Grow — revenue, intake, pipeline, goals, priority work, and meetings
- Voice agents — AI phone-agent volume and outcomes
Changing modes does not change underlying records. It changes the operating summary shown on the page.
Use the Grow view
- Open Dashboard.
- Select Grow.
- Read the Daily Brief for a concise operating summary.
- Scan the five headline metrics.
- Review progress toward the current month's goal.
- Work the items in Today's push.
- Review Today's meetings.
- Use Go deeper to open the dashboard responsible for the number you need to investigate.
Headline metrics
| Metric | What it answers |
|---|---|
| New matter revenue · MTD | How much retained matter revenue has closed this month? |
| Matters retained · month | How many matters have been retained this month? |
| New leads · month | How many new contacts entered this month? |
| Meetings booked · 7d | How many meetings were booked in the recent seven-day window? |
| Client Acquisition Cost | What did paid acquisition cost per retained client? |
See the Metrics glossary for the definitions and important denominator differences.
Read goal tracking
Tracking to this month's goal connects retained revenue to the targets under Settings > Sales Intelligence:
- Goal progress — retained revenue recorded against the current target
- Needed per day — average daily revenue needed over the remaining period
- Month-end forecast — expected result if current and historical performance continue
- Projected year-end — current full-year outlook
Forecasts are planning estimates, not booked revenue. The actual number still comes from retained matters and their close dates.
Work Today's push
Today's push brings together tasks, leads, and matters that warrant attention.
- Open an item to review its underlying contact, task, or matter.
- Confirm the owner and next action.
- Complete, reassign, reschedule, or update the underlying record.
- Return to the dashboard and continue through the list.
Treat the list as a prioritization aid. The record itself remains the source of truth for status, value, and ownership.
Review today's meetings
The meeting section gives the team a quick view of the day's scheduled conversations. Open a meeting when you need the contact context, meeting details, or post-meeting record.
For meeting performance and coaching, use Sales Intelligence > Meetings or the Scheduling section instead of the main dashboard.
Go deeper
Use the destination that matches your question:
| Question | Open |
|---|---|
| How are channels and the full funnel performing? | Mission Control |
| Where are leads and revenue coming from? | Rainmaker |
| Are revenue, pipeline, and the sales team on track? | Sales Intelligence |
| How is Google Ads performing? | Google Ads |
| How is Meta Ads performing? | Meta Ads |
| How is OpenAI Ads performing? | OpenAI Ads |
| How are rankings, content, and AI visibility performing? | SEO |
Use the Voice agents view
- Select Voice agents at the top of the main dashboard.
- Review:
- Calls handled
- Answer rate
- Booked by agent
- Average call length
- Time saved
- Use Call activity to see the volume pattern for the displayed period.
- Open Agents, Analytics, or Call History when you need individual calls, agent configuration, or deeper performance detail.
The voice-agent view reports agent-handled activity. It is not a complete report of every call handled manually by the firm.
For call outcomes, heatmaps, agent comparisons, and attribution, see Voice agent analytics.
