Settings overview

Find the right Superpractice setting and configure the firm in a safe, useful order.

Open Settings

Open Settings from the main navigation. The sections are organized by the part of Superpractice they control.

Before changing a setting

Ask three questions:

  1. Does this affect only future records, or historical data too?
  2. Does another integration own the same field?
  3. What single record or workflow will prove the change worked?

For imports, syncs, mappings, and automatic record creation, use a small test before enabling a large backfill or ongoing automation.
