SEO content schedule
Manage SEO articles through drafting, review, scheduling, and publication in list, Kanban, or calendar view.
What this page is for
The Content Schedule is the operating queue for SEO articles. Use it to see what is waiting, what is being worked on, what needs review, and what is scheduled or complete.
Choose a view
Use the view that matches the job:
| View | Best for |
|---|---|
| List | Searching, filtering, comparing metrics, and updating several articles |
| Kanban | Seeing work by stage and moving an article between eligible stages |
| Calendar | Planning publication dates and rescheduling work |
Superpractice remembers the selected view on the current device.
Find an article
- Open Grow > SEO > Content Schedule.
- Search by title, keyword, or slug.
- In List view, click one or more status chips to narrow the queue.
- Click Filter for:
- Status
- Content score band
- Scheduled or unscheduled
- Remove an active filter pill or reset a filter category to broaden the results.
Understand the statuses
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Backlog | The article is planned but not currently running |
| Queued | The article is waiting for an active generation or processing run |
| In Progress | Work is actively being prepared |
| In Review | The article is ready for human review |
| Changes Requested | A reviewer asked for revisions |
| Review Again | Revisions are ready for another review |
| Publish After | The article is approved with a future publication time |
| Approved | The article is approved for the next publishing step |
| Done | The article is complete or published |
| Failed | Processing did not finish successfully and may be retried |
Some stages are controlled by active processing and cannot be selected manually.
Work in List view
The table shows the article, current status, content score, search volume, search performance when available, scheduled date, word count, and last update.
- Click the article title to open it.
- Click the status control to move one article to an eligible stage.
- If you choose Changes Requested, describe the requested revision clearly.
- Use Retry on a failed article when the underlying issue is resolved.
- Use Confirm URL when a completed article needs to be matched to its published Search Console URL.
Update several articles
- Select the article checkboxes.
- If needed, choose Select all to include every item matching the current filters.
- Click Change status and choose the destination.
- Wait for the success confirmation.
- Use Delete only when the selected articles should be permanently removed.
Bulk delete cannot be undone
Recheck the selected count and filters before confirming a bulk deletion.
Work in Kanban view
- Switch to Kanban.
- Find the article in its current column.
- Drag it to an eligible destination column.
- Complete any requested feedback when moving it into a revision state.
- Open a card when you need the full article or review controls.
The queued stage represents active system work, so you cannot drag an article into it.
Work in Calendar view
- Switch to Calendar.
- Use the month controls to reach the desired publication window.
- Drag an unscheduled article onto a date, or move a scheduled card to another date.
- Confirm the new date is shown on the article.
A calendar date controls scheduling; it does not replace editorial approval or the publishing connection.
A practical workflow
- Keep future ideas in Backlog.
- Review active work in In Progress.
- Check facts, links, legal accuracy, tone, and usefulness in In Review.
- Use Changes Requested with specific feedback when revisions are needed.
- Approve the final version.
- Assign a publication date where appropriate.
- After publication, confirm the URL and review performance over time.
If something looks wrong
- Clear search text and filters if an article appears missing.
- Check another view; the same filtered queue is shown differently in List, Kanban, and Calendar.
- A failed article may need a retry.
- A completed article without Search Console data may need a URL confirmation or more time to be crawled.
- A status can be temporarily unavailable while processing is active.
