Connect a calendar so agents can book appointments directly with the right timezone, duration, and meeting settings.

What calendar integration does
Calendar integration lets Superpractice agents book appointments directly on a connected Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar.
Setup
- Open Settings > Integrations > Calendar.
- Choose Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar.
- Authorize the calendar account that should receive booked appointments.
- Open
Configure. - Select the timezone Superpractice should use.
- Choose the default appointment duration.
- For Google Workspace accounts, choose whether to automatically create Google Meet links.
- Save the configuration.

Test booking
- Create a test booking through the agent flow or the booking area.
- Confirm the event appears on the connected calendar.
- Confirm the start time matches the configured timezone.
- Confirm the duration and meeting link behavior are correct.
Gmail and Outlook email
Connect a mailbox so Superpractice can send one-to-one emails and keep contact correspondence visible to your team.
Zoom integration
Connect each meeting host's Zoom account so Superpractice can create booking rooms and send an authorized Meeting Agent into the host's Zoom meetings.
