Microsoft Ads dashboard
Microsoft Advertising spend and delivery next to the contacts, meetings, matters, and clients it brought in.
What this dashboard is for
The Microsoft Ads dashboard has the same layout as the Google Ads dashboard. Use it to answer:
- What is Microsoft Ads costing, and what do clicks cost?
- Are its visitors becoming contacts, meetings, matters, and clients?
- Which campaigns and practice areas pay back?
Connect it first under Microsoft Ads.
Where the numbers come from
| Figure | Source |
|---|---|
| Spend, impressions, clicks | Microsoft Advertising, synced every 6 hours |
| Conversions | What Microsoft Advertising counts in its own tracking. Not your contacts. |
| Contacts, meetings, matters, clients, revenue | Your Superpractice records whose first touch was Microsoft Ads |
| LTV ROAS | The period's new clients, at what they have paid so far grown by how much more your clients kept paying, divided by spend. See the metrics glossary. |
Spend here matches Microsoft Ads in Mission Control and in the assistant for the same dates. Today's spend appears after the next sync.
Read the dashboard
- KPI ladder. Ad spend, Avg cost per click, Cost per conversion (Microsoft-reported conversions), Client acquisition cost, and Revenue, each with the change against the prior period on one line.
- Delivery funnel. Impressions → clicks → contacts → meetings and calls → matters → retained.
- Daily trend. Microsoft-reported conversions and spend per day.
- Spend and budget. Pacing against the monthly budget set in Settings > Microsoft Ads.
- Practice areas. Spend by mapped area. Matters opened in the period, retained matters, clients, New client LTV, and revenue by the work clients signed. Return on spend is in the campaign table.
- Campaigns. Expand a campaign to see its ad groups. Unattributed Microsoft Ads holds Microsoft contacts whose visit did not name a campaign Superpractice knows.
- Contacts and meetings per campaign. Everyone a campaign reached in the period, new contacts plus existing contacts who clicked its ads, and the meetings they booked. Retained matters, clients, and revenue stay with the first campaign.
- Lists behind the numbers. Click a count in the campaign or practice area table to see the records behind it: contacts, meetings, calls, matters, retained matters, clients, new clients, or revenue. The footer total matches the cell.
Calls count toward a campaign only when your call tracking marks them as Microsoft Ads calls.
If the numbers look wrong
- Check Settings > Integrations > Microsoft Ads for a sync error or Reconnect.
- Make sure Microsoft Advertising auto-tagging is on.
- Map unmapped campaigns in Settings > Microsoft Ads.
- Compare a past, complete week rather than today.
