What the HubSpot integration does
HubSpot imports contacts and deals so Superpractice can connect source attribution to retained matters. It can also import activities and use HubSpot products to create service line items.
Contacts and deals
Creates or updates Superpractice contacts and matters from HubSpot records.
Pipeline stages
Maps HubSpot deal stages to Superpractice matter stages.
Products and line items
Maps HubSpot products to Superpractice services for matter reporting.
Activities
Can import calls, SMS, emails, notes, meetings, tasks, and lead ad forms when enabled.
Setup
- In HubSpot, create a Private App.
- Add the required read scopes for contacts, deals, owners, line items, deal schemas, communications, and sales email.
- Copy the Private App access token.
- In Superpractice, open Settings > Integrations > HubSpot.
- Paste the token and click
Connect HubSpot. - Open
Configure, refresh pipelines, and enable only the pipelines that should create matters. - Map each enabled HubSpot stage to a Superpractice matter stage.
- Load products and map each product to a Superpractice service.
- Run a sync for a short date range first, then review the imported records.

Add these scopes to the HubSpot Private App before connecting.

Test the integration
- Choose a small sync range, such as 30 days.
- Sync one enabled pipeline.
- Open an imported contact and confirm phone, email, and activity history.
- Open an imported matter and confirm stage, value, source attribution, and line items.
- If products did not become services, finish product mapping and sync again.
