GoHighLevel

Sync GoHighLevel contacts, opportunities, conversations, and pipeline stage attribution into Superpractice.

What the GoHighLevel integration does

GoHighLevel connects contacts and opportunities to Superpractice so retained matter reporting can use your intake pipeline data.

Contacts

Imports and updates contacts from the connected GHL location.

Opportunities

Creates or updates Superpractice matters from enabled pipelines.

Conversations

Optionally imports calls, SMS, emails, and notes.

Services

Can create line items from pipeline, price, or custom field mapping.

Setup

  1. Open Settings > Integrations > GoHighLevel.
  2. Click Connect GoHighLevel and authorize the location.
  3. Open Configure Pipelines & Services.
  4. Enable the pipelines that should sync into Superpractice.
  5. Map each GHL stage to a Superpractice matter stage.
  6. Choose a service mapping method: pipeline, price, or custom field.
  7. Enable conversation imports only for the activity types you want to keep.
  8. Run a small sync range and review the created contacts and matters.

Service mapping

FieldRequiredNotes
Pipeline mappingOptionalUse when each pipeline represents a service or service family.
Price mappingOptionalUse when opportunity value reliably identifies the service.
Custom field mappingOptionalUse when GHL stores package, service, or product in a custom field.
Fallback serviceRecommendedChoose a Superpractice service when the selected method does not find a match.

Sync options

Conversation imports require the connected GHL account to have the right permissions. Leave destructive sync off unless GHL should delete Superpractice records when upstream records disappear.

  • Phone calls: imports call logs with duration and status.
  • SMS: imports text message history.
  • Emails: imports email conversations.
  • Notes: imports contact notes.
