Recommended order
- Read Integration basics before connecting a new source.
- Connect the source system from Settings > Integrations.
- Map stages, services, and any required fields before importing a large volume of data.
- Run a small test and verify one contact, one matter, and one reporting line item.
- Turn on ongoing syncs only after the test data looks correct.
