Meta Ads dashboard

Review Facebook and Instagram ad delivery, spend, leads, and practice-area performance in Superpractice.

Before you use this dashboard

The Meta Ads dashboard connects Facebook and Instagram delivery data to Superpractice outcomes.

Before relying on the report:

  1. Connect the correct Meta ad account under Settings > Integrations.
  2. Complete Page and lead-form setup if you use Meta lead ads.
  3. Map campaigns to practice areas under Settings > Meta Ads.
  4. Keep contact attribution and retained matters accurate.

See Meta Ads setup for account, lead form, campaign mapping, and Conversions API instructions.

Read the dashboard

  1. Open Grow > Meta Ads > Dashboard.
  2. Select the date range.
  3. Read the sections from top to bottom:
SectionWhat it shows
Ad delivery funnelHow impressions progress to clicks and platform outcomes
Spend by practice areaWhere mapped advertising spend is allocated
Practice area performanceCost and results by the legal categories you configured
Leads & costLead volume and acquisition cost over the selected period
Campaign performanceCampaign-level delivery, spend, and results

The platform's lead or conversion count may not equal the number of Superpractice contacts, meetings, or retained clients. They measure different points in the journey.

Investigate a change

When a metric rises or falls:

  1. Confirm the date range and compare it with the equivalent prior period.
  2. Identify whether the change came from delivery, click-through rate, conversion rate, or cost.
  3. Open the campaign-level table to find the campaigns driving the change.
  4. Check campaign mapping if spend is uncategorized or appears under the wrong practice area.
  5. Review the resulting contacts and matters before judging lead quality.
  6. Compare the same range in Meta Ads Manager.

Use the Campaigns tab

The Campaigns tab currently shows a coming-soon state. Use the dashboard for Superpractice reporting and Meta Ads Manager for campaign changes until that tab is available.

A practical review routine

Daily

  1. Confirm campaigns are delivering.
  2. Check for unexpected spend or lead-volume changes.
  3. Review newly synced leads in Contacts.

Weekly

  1. Compare campaigns and practice areas.
  2. Review cost per lead alongside meeting and retained-matter outcomes.
  3. Investigate unmatched, duplicate, or low-quality leads.
  4. Confirm lead forms and campaign mappings are still correct.

Monthly

  1. Compare Superpractice spend with Meta for the same period.
  2. Review retained revenue and return.
  3. Separate creative or delivery problems from intake follow-up problems.
  4. Update budgets in Meta only after reviewing enough data.

If the numbers look wrong

  • Confirm the selected ad account, Page, forms, and date range.
  • Allow for normal sync and platform-reporting delays.
  • Check whether contact creation from unmatched Meta leads is enabled.
  • Review campaign mappings.
  • Confirm retained matters have accurate close dates and values.
  • Check whether the same person submitted more than one form.
